Posted goods will be by Royal mail £4.50, 24 Hour delivery by Courier £7.50  Delivery times will be from the date of despatch not the date of ordering. Post will take upto 4-5 working days. Courier will be 24hour. 24 hour deliveries must be processed before midday.Saturday Delivery before 1pm £20 available if orderd by 12 noon on the Friday.You will be contacted by e-mail for any goods that are out of stock, giving you the option to cancel or await the next delivery, for which we will keep you regularly updated. If you live in Highlands and Islands please select the correct postage service as this will only result in the order not being processed and delays to deliver if it is incorrect.

Returns

Goods purchased from skiplusonline website carry a 14 day money back guarantee from the date of the invoice. All goods must return in perfect condition with the receipt with all labels still attached and all the packaging. Goods are returned at customer’s own expense and are the responsibility of the customer until they have been accepted back into the store. We strongly recommend a recorded or courier delivery service for this purpose for your own protection. Skiplusonline will not accept smelly, smokey or soiled goods! The above applies for full refunds and exchanged goods. Carriage will be charged on all goods exchanged and returned to customer.
 

Faulty Items.

 
 
Any Faulty items should be returned with a covering letter stating the exact fault with the item. No decision of the action to be taken regarding the goods will be made until the item has been inspected by a member of our returns staff. If agreed faulty we will cover the cost of any reasonable return postage due.(we will not pay for special courier services)
